Today was the first time bringing my little guy here and we will definitely be going back! Everyone was friendly and Nicole was great with my dog even though he is very sensitive when it comes to his nails. Pickle's whole demeanor was different than when I've picked him up previously at a different place. Great experience overall!
First time and I love ittt. They did exactly what I asked for, My poodle looks so cute! They do a really good job I recommend it 100%.
This is where I take my twoodle to be groomed. The staff is very friendly and I've only ever had one issue there but they resolved it by rescheduling for the next day and apologized sincerely for the mix up. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to keep either a digital profile or even just an index card for people who generally want their dog done the same way each time, and what extras/special instructions you ask for or give. Occasionally it seems like they forget a couple things. Nothing huge, for example, most people keep their doodles lashes long but I prefer them cut down and she's forgotten this a couple of times. That's why I suggested a profile for the dogs and cats that regularly come in. Zeus always comes home happy and never appears uneasy around Courtney, his main groomer. Actually he seems perfectly comfortable with all the people there. Sometimes I take my mom's dogs here as well, and the little Maltese is a BALL OF NERVOUSNESS wrapped in an adorable white coat. I was nervous for her first groom. When I came in to pick her up, she wasn't back in a kennel shaking and heart beating out of her chest like I expected. Instead, I find her resting comfortably in a dog bed next to the receptionist. Her distress was noticed and they did what they could to help her and loved on her. That's the moment I decided this is where I will always take my dog for grooming. I can get over a missed eyelash trim, I can and will not get over or tolerate him being mistreated, and I have full faith that will never happen here. Thanks Goochie Poochie, y'all are great people.
